my wife and I stopped in on the way to the airport last year and felt very welcome. Nice ambiance, clientelle and staff. This will be our future top up place when passing between NY and Bridgeport again. Wish we had a place like it nearby.
I stopped by Mackenzie's on High Ridge Road in Stamford last Thursday night at about 9PM for the first time. What a pleasant surprise. The place was packed with diners, the bar was jumping and there was a band setting up in the corner which went on to play some of the best oldies rock and roll I've heard in ages. They called themselves BIG ERIC
I had never been to MacKenzie's before until today-it was great!! They had a great beer selection and an Oktoberfest menu with a pumpkin spice ale!!! so good, great service!! I will be back :)
