I just got back from a business lunch at Market, went with high excpectations. The atmosphere was nice, but the fool was overpriced for the quality. At a relatively early lunch, the restaurant was in no way crowded: inspite of that, the service was truly horrible. I won't be going back.

I recently took my brother and my boyfriend to Market and was wowed at every course. We ate every morsel. It is no wonder why they are number one in Fairfield County. The service was good, flavors all melded well in every dish that I taste and I highly reccommend them. What was even better is that Jazz was playing live while we ate and we were able to have a conversation and hear the music. I will highly recommend. They are not cheap, but worth every penny.

market is a great place-wonderful food-i can see why it was voted the number one restaurant in fairfield county-if you have money and are looking to impress someone,you will be satisfied..

Horrible service. Overpriced food for what it was. That is honestly the best way to sum up my experience. The management was extremely arrogant and unpleasant as well. I used to frequent the 21 Club, so I know a good dinner when I see it. My advice to all of you? Don't even bother wasting your time here. It's hip, trendy, and a nice atmosphere, but not for what I would pay to eat at Telluride or anywhere else in Stamford.

I visited Market for lunch on a whim and loved it. The outdoor seating was what enticed me to dine there. I got the Marinated Vegetable Sandwich and it was to die for.

If you're into organic food and a sassy atmosphere, this place is for you.

Eh..that's how I felt about Market. Although we had a wonderful server, and the atmosphere was certainly chic, the food was not the main attraction. The high prices did not reflect high quality food, and the menu doesn't leave you many options. I will try it again, because it does boast a great outdoor dining area, and the drinks were very good, but next time I will just stick to speciality drinks.
